Terms and Conditions
Swiss Gourmets Delicatessen, ABN: 44 814 569 788, operates this website. Please read these terms and conditions before placing your order or using our services. By using or accessing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions listed on this website (T&Cs).
This term and conditions are a legally binding agreement between you (“client,” “you” or “your”) and Swiss Gourmets Delicatessen (“Operator,” “we”, “us” or “our”).
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
All goods sold by Swiss Gourmets Delicatessen come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or if the food fails to be of acceptable quality.
Delivery fees for orders to be delivered to Brisbane suburbs are subject to calculation during the checkout process. The shipping cost will be disclosed. By proceeding with your order, you are accepting our delivery charge conditions.
Pricing & GST
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices do not include delivery charges. Swiss Gourmets Delicatessen reserves the right to change prices without notice at any time.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and electronic fund transfers as payment methods. The way we accept credit card payments is protected by eWay payment gateway, so you can be sure that it is safe.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can request a cancellation 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Simply give us a call at 07 3844 2937 to request a cancellation. All refunds for online orders or over the telephone orders are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased or internet fund transfer, if that form of payment is selected. Please allow 2-3 working days for money to be transferred.
Due to supply, seasonal, or quality control issues, foods may be modified without prior notice despite our best efforts to ensure that you receive the correct order. The substitute food will be of equal or superior quality than the original order.
In some instances, substitutes of equal value and quality may be required to meet your needs.
All of our photos on our website are for illustration only and depict the appearance of the products and presents that will be delivered. Plates, containers, and decorations may change depending on the season or if they don’t meet our standards for quality.
All platters are presented in stainless steel tray. Disposable trays are available at an extra charge of $5.00 per tray. All trays that are to be return by customer or picked up by us must be cleaned.
