How often do you deliver?

We deliver 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 6:00 pm.

Can I request a specific date and time for delivery?

Yes, you will be given the option to choose a delivery date and time for your food catering order during the online checkout process. Please phone us at 07 3844 2937 if you want to check if a specific delivery time is possible.

Do you deliver on a public holiday?

Swiss Gourmet Delicatessen is open on public holidays and only closes on some public holidays. Please check our delivery page for more information about delivery on public holidays.

How can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Simply give us a call on 07 3844 2937 to request a cancellation. Please note that orders that are already prepared cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take VISA, Mastercard for orders placed online. We also accept cash and EFPOS for in-store purchases.

Can I make changes to my order?

You can made change to your order one (1) day before the scheduled delivery date. Please call 07 3844 2937 if you need help to change your order.
