Delivery Policy

• All deliveries are subject to a delivery fee, unless otherwise stated. 
• A delivery is considered complete and in good condition when it is accepted. Once they have been delivered, our products are no longer under our control.
• A contact person must be designated and accessible when our driver is on the road. If no one is present to accept the order and we are unable to contact them, the driver will leave without providing a refund.

Delivery Times

Normal delivery times are 8am-6:00pm Monday to Saturday. During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we offer extended hours and delivery times. Call us on 07 3844 2937 to verify.

Specific Times

We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we can typically deliver orders within one business day. When placing an order, you may specify a time frame in the special instructions box, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Holiday Delivery

To make sure your order arrives on time during the busy holiday season, place it at least two days before Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, and Father’s Day.
